BIG IMPORTANT EXCITING ANNOUNCEMENT

soooooo... my birthday came a bit early this year. I GOT AN ART TABLET TODAY. I CANNOT EVEN BEGIN TO DESCRIBE HOW EXCITED I AM ABOUT THIS.



Of course, I played around a bit in GIMP 2, and in the new software that came with it, Corel Painter Essentials 5.






I am so glad. This will make my next quicky_bang claim and my spn_j2_bigbang fill INFINITELY easier. Using a regular mouse to create digital art sucks. I am already love love loving the tablet. Guh. Best fiance ever (as he's the one who got it for me :)). Anyhoo, I just felt the need to squee properly here, because I'm going to be doing so much arting (and hopefully so much *better* arting)! Yay! :D Hope everyone has a good night/day, wherever you are! :)

yes, they certainly are! And this is the first time I've had anything like this. It's already making digital art so so so much easier/more fun :)
