Yes, the story is long, but - as much as it might pain you to put it down - the divisions make for really easy reading it section by section. I hope you find time to enjoy it soon!
Lol! As far as creating recognizable faces, specifically for fandom challenge art, it's a combination of two things: 1) I tend to trace reference images (it saves a lot of time, which is a bonus when trying to make so many pieces), and 2) I take advantage of the pros of using digital media, meaning I use layers, I draw, erase, redraw, I copy/paste/move... Whatever it takes to get the most believable likeness of which I am capable :)
I'm so happy that my art makes you want to read the story - that's exactly what I want it to do! Enjoy it when you finally get a chance to read it! ^_^
